How We Work

The first thing we do after you engage our services is set up a dedicated webpage for the LiveStream. We will then provide you with the page address or URL so you can distribute it as needed. The page may contain a guestbook which may be online or offline according to your preference.

In the days before the stream the page will display a “holding slide” announcing the location of the LiveStream and the date and time at which it will start.

We will arrive at the venue between one hour and one hour and a half before the starting time to set up. It is helpful if you could arrange early access. If access this early is unavailable we can make other arrangements. Two cameras will be deployed toward the back of the venue and one is discreetly deployed toward the front-side. Circumstances may necessitate the deployment of additional cameras. Wireless microphones are placed where necessary and if your event features live music, this is captured and broadcast in stereo. A mobile signal strength survey is conducted for the location and based on these results a decision is made about what type of network bonding will be used for the LiveStream to ensure reliable transmission.

A couple of minutes before the stream is due to start viewers will see a count-down timer on their screens on the dedicated webpage. This will give them enough time to make final adjustments to enhance their viewing. Typically they will adjust the screen size and volume.

Should a guestbook be available, viewers can also use this time to check-in and write a guestbook entry. Online guestbook entries and check-ins are viewable immediately on the webpage. Offline entries are emailed to the client the following day and are not viewable from the LiveStream page.

At the end of the LiveStream, a short message will appear thanking viewers for watching and notifying them that the stream has concluded.

We will endeavour to capture additional footage inside or outside the venue either before or after the formal LiveStream. This will be spliced into the original streaming footage and made available to viewers in the hours after the stream has ended. If you have arranged external drone coverage, this footage will be viewable then.

A recording of the LiveStream will be made available to anyone with the dedicated page link for a period of one month.

Additional offline guestbook entries that are made up to one month after the LiveStream will be passed onto you. Before the LiveStream is removed from our servers you will be notified in case you want to download a personal copy or make the recording available on another platform of your choice.
